Nails are ALWAYS crooked. Last time I went there they had a new guy in there, whom they let do my nails NEVER AGAIN. Took 2 hours for just a fill, polish was all messed up, wasn't even covering my nails, he took it off for the 3rd time & was gonna let me walk out one hand done, one hand all messed up. Still had to pay FULL price, didn't get a discount & ive been going there for years. Owners response (Lee) come tomorrow & I'll fix it for you. Um no you should of did it in the 1st place, they lost me as a customer. Found a way better nail spot, not to far away. If I could give no stars I would, don't even waste your time
